 I understand that if I need to change my appointment time or cancel it, that I must give at least a 24 hours’ notice so that the appointment time can be made available to another client. If two appointments are missed without a given notice, clients may be required to prepay prior to scheduling any future appointments.

I will not provide a refund for cancellations with no notice.

I strive to give the client the best times and dates to accommodate them as best as possible. If i call/text/email reminding you about the appointment, i will hold your spot for a half hour. If i get no response back, You forfeit your appointment and you will have to make another one. Multiple No call/No shows will result in decline of any further appointments with me.

 I understand that Rose’s Dog Spaw L.L.C puts my pets comfort above all else. If my pets coat is matted, I understand that the groomer may have to shave the matts out rather than perform a painful procedure. I also understand that if my pet is severely matted, that there is an increased chance the dog will be shaved down. I understand all attempts will be made to prevent this, however in many extreme matt cases, it is unavoidable. I also understand that matted pets take additional time to groom to there will be an additional fee added to the regular grooming price if the pets coat is matted.

These are non negotiable and not subject to change. I look out for the best interest of your pet and their comfort. If you do not agree with any of these, please do not book an appointment. Im sorry for the inconvenience this may bring to some, but i do this out of my home, my love for dogs and as my job aside from the Operating Room.
